When produce the air cushion film roll by the air cushion film making machine,we need pay attention as below:

1. In order to make the air cushion film roll after produce without any airleak, we should adjust the mould temp well on the touch screen , so that the film can be sealed well.

2. Make sure the perforation knife can cut properly on the air cushion film roll so that can produce the accurate size of film.

3. When finish produced each roll of air cushion film roll, had better to inflate 2-3pcs of air cushion bag to test so that make sure the film quality good.
